God, it's been a hell of a long time since I last submitted anything, my first time with version 5. This new submission page is alot easier than the old one though, I'll give it that.
No, I haven't been writing lately. This is one of my band's songs which we recently recorded as an acoustic track (will be on Myspace soon, [link]/3degreesfromdisaster) and so I thought I'd submit the lyrics, seeing as I wrote 95% of them. Come to a gig sometime and you'll probably hear me singing them too. It's always weird to write up a song as poetry, because it only really works as a song...the lyrics look strange as plain text. Damn right they're cheesey, and very emo, and not very original, but they were written a year and a half ago, towards the end of my slightly emo period...I'm also pretty sure I ripped some of the lyrics out of some of my other various emo 'poetry'.
